The process begins with an intra oral scan (the intra oral scanner takes pictures of your mouth) of either your mouth or an impression taken of it.

A digital impression is taken with our Denturist team using a 3Shape trios intra oral scanner.  The scanner takes a number of images which are then stitched together to replicate your oral cavity.  The full arch impression and bite alignment process can be done in a matter of minutes.  The digital impression technology also allows a no goop methodology to be used in most instances, ideal for patients with a significant gag reflex.  Dentures fabricated using intra oral scanner provide more accurate end products when compared to a traditional impression. 

Next, your denturist or one of our highly skilled denture technicians designs your new dentures using the latest software technology from 3Shape and Ivoclar Vivadent.

This design becomes a 3D-printed denture, which you can see at the try-in appointment you will directly see the aesthetics and form and fit of your new dentures.

Once you approve your new smile, your denturist team fabricates the dentures in our state of the art Ivoclar Vivadent Programill PM7 milling machine using the same high end products that are used in our precision BPS dentures, in a milled puck format.
